H.M.S. Bruizer (1895)
Builder: John I. Thornycroft & Company[1]
Ordered: 1893-94[2]
Laid down: Apr, 1894[3]
Launched: 27 Feb, 1895[4]
Commissioned: Jun, 1895[5]
Broken up: 1914[6]

H.M.S. Bruizer was one of thirty-six 27 Knotters, early Torpedo Boat Destroyers built for the Royal Navy in the 1890s.

In August, 1912, she and the other extant 27 knotters were redesignated as "A" Class Destroyers. She did not last much longer however, as she was scrapped in 1914.

Service

In mid-1913, she was working with submarines as part of a patrol flotilla out of Lamlash, which might well mean the Ninth Submarine Flotilla. She would be dropped from the Navy List by April, 1914.[7]
