Commander Oswald Harcourt Davies, R.N. (8 July, 1874 – 1 February, 1911) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Davies was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in 1895.
Davies was promoted to the rank of Commander in December, 1906.
Died while on passage home from the Mediterranean in H.M.S. Triumph.
