Hubert Stanley Braddyll
Commander Hubert Stanley Braddyll (25 August, 1886 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Braddyll was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 September, 1907.[1]
Braddyll was appointed in command of the destroyer Osprey on 8 February, 1913.[2] At the end of that year, he was appointed in command of the destroyer Crane.[3]
Braddyll was appointed in command of the "C" Class destroyer Flirt on 2 February, 1914.[4]
Great War
Braddyll was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 September, 1915.[5]
Braddyll commanded the destroyer Mohawk at the Battle of Dover Strait on the night of 26-27 October, 1916.[6]
He was appointed in command of the destroyer Moorsom on 31 January, 1917.[7]
On 19 February, 1919, he was appointed in command of the destroyer Winchelsea.[8]
