H.M.S. Syringa was one of twenty-eight Anchusa Class convoy sloops completed for the Royal Navy.

Service

Syringa served as part of the Northern Patrol under command of Montague Robert Bernard in 1918, who received a commendation from Vice-Admiral Tupper on 12 August for his good services.[6]
