H.M.S. H 15 was one of forty-four "H" class submarines completed for the Royal Navy in the 1910s.

In mid-1919, she was transferred to the Royal Canadian Navy as H.M.C.S. CH 15.

Service

CH 15 paid off 30 June 1922 and placed in the charge of caretakers.[6]
