Vyvyan Russell Salvin Bowlby ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Bowlby was appointed in command of the nine "R" class submarines of the Group "K" Reserve at Portsmouth on 8 July, 1920: R 1, R 2, R 3, R 7, R 8, R 9, R 10, R 11 and R 12.[1]
