Surgeon Vice-Admiral ([[]], [[]] – [[]], [[]]) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Norman married secondly Lucie Carver, daughter of B. Carver, of Gibraltar, in 1900. Lady Norman died at Cullompton on 20 January, 1961.[1]
