Philip Henry Hadow

Jump to navigationJump to searchCommander Philip Henry Hadow, (14 February, 1903 – 25 November, 1942) served in the Royal Navy.
As with many men born c. 1899 or later, his Service Records at The National Archives do not reflect activity between 1931 and 1939 or so.
Life & Career
Hadow was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 November, 1926.[1]
Hadow was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 November, 1934.[2]
Hadow was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1939.[3]
Hadow died in an accident aboard battlecruiser Furious.
