Captain Daniel de Pass, C.B.E., R.N. (6 October, 1891 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

The son of Alfred A. de Pass, gentleman.

De Pass was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 October, 1913. He would serve from February 1914 to January 1919 in the battlecruiser Indomitable, seeing action at the Battle of Dogger Bank and the Battle of Jutland.[1]

De Pass was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 October, 1921.[2]

De Pass was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1926.[3]

De Pass was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1934.[4]

World War II

Reverted 11 August, 1946 and again on 29 December, 1946.[5]
