Commander (retired) John Arthur Mansfield Sturges, (25 March, 1885 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Flakins, Oxford, the son of Reverend H. C. Sturges, M.A..
Sturges was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1906.
Sturges was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1914
Sturges was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1918.
He was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 1 January, 1923.
