Commander John Victor Findlay, (17 May, 1901 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
A Special Entry of April, 1919, Findlay was appointed to the cruiser Hawkins.
Findlay was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 October, 1922.
Findlay was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 October, 1930.
Findlay was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1935.[1]
World War II
On 27 February, 1939 he was appointed to the Royal Naval War College in Greenwich.[2]
