Commander (retired) Robert Gregory Maze Durrant Hunt, D.S.O., R.N. (26 February, 1886 – 10 March, 1937) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Leamington.

Hunt was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1907.

Hunt was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 October, 1915.

Hunt was appointed in command of the monitor M.32 on 22 September, 1916 and re-appointed in that role on 20 May, 1918.[1]

Hunt was placed on the Retired List at jhis own request upon the expiration of his Foreign Service Leave on 30 May, 1922.

Hunt was promoted to the rank of Commander on 26 February, 1926.
