Life & Career
Born in Edinburgh, the son of a physician.
Graham-Brown was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 July, 1904.
In March 1905 He was awarded the Goodenough Medal for 1904[?] for being the Sub-Lieutenant who achieved the highest gunnery examination while also achieving a first-class certificate in seamanship.
Graham-Brown was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 July, 1912.
Graham-Brown was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1914.
Graham-Brown was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Captain on 27 December, 1929.
