Commander David Thorburn Graham-Brown, (27 December, 1883 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

He was also awarded the Goodenough Medal for 1904[?] for being the Sub-Lieutenant who achieved the highest gunnery examination while also achieving a first-class certificate in seamanship.
