John Pakenham Pipon

Captain John Pakenham Pipon, C.B., C.M.G., AdC., Royal Navy (10 January, 1849 – 6 May, 1899) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
He was appointed a Naval Aide-de-Camp to Queen Victoria dated 13 January, 1899, vice Moore.[1]
