Captain (retired) Lionel Henry St. Croix Coxon, R.N. (14 September, 1858 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
In July, 1871, Coxon was eighteenth-ranked of twenty candidates who passed the entrance examinations, but who were not amongst the thirty-five taken in. He was told he was welcome to try again in the coming November testing cycle.[1]
