Captain Quentin Charles Alexander Craufurd, R.N., Retired (11 February, 1875 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Burgh, Lincolnshire, Craufurd gained six months' time on passing out of Britannia.

Craufurd was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1897.

Craufurd was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1910.[1]

Craufurd was appointed in command of the destroyer Rother on 6 April, 1914.[2]

Post-War

Craufurd was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Captain on 6 July, 1921.
