Life & Career
Baker was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1912.[1]
Baker was appointed in command of the destroyer Loyal on 5 November, 1917.[2]
He was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 116 on 3 February, 1919.[3]
