Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. Frank Pattinson (25 April, 1881 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Pattinson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 16 June, 1908.[1]
Pattinson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander with a date of seniority of 16 June, 1916.[2]
Pattinson was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 041 on 19 October, 1918.[3]
