Charles Lionel Vaughan-Lee

Admiral SIR Charles Lionel Vaughan-Lee, K.B.E., C.B., Royal Navy, Retired (27 February, 1867 – 16 March, 1928) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.
Life & Career
He was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 26 January, 1920, vice Ricardo, and placed on the Retired List the following day.[1]
Vaughan-Lee was promoted to the rank of Admiral on the Retired List on 10 March, 1925.
