Admiral SIR Arthur Leigh Winsloe, K.C.B., C.V.O., Royal Navy (25 April, 1852 – 16 February, 1931) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Winsloe hoisted his flag in command of the Home Fleet Torpedo and Submarine Flotillas on 1 February, 1905.[1]
