Lieutenant-Commander (retired) Wolstan Beaumont Charles Weld Forester (27 August, 1899 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy. His first name may have been "Wolston".

Life & Career

Forester was appointed to the battleship Colossus on 26 August, 1915. He saw action in her at the Battle of Jutland. He left her on 10 September 1917 when he was appointed to a course in Torpedo Control.[1]

Forester was appointed to the patrol boat P12 from 19 September 1917 to 5 March, 1918. He next served in Scout from 3 June 1918 to 15 January, 1919.[2]

Forester was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 October, 1919.[3]

Forester was appointed in command of the destroyer Tower on 22 June, 1920.[4]

Forester was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 31 March 1923.[5]

Forester was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 October, 1927.[6]
