Francis Alfred Leopold Vossler

Francis Alfred Leopold Vossler (6 August, 1883 – June 1970) served in the United States Navy.

Life & Career

Vossler and Ensign William F. Amsden were detached from the Hartford on 30 June, 1910 for duty in connection with the Navy Rifle Team at the Boston Navy Yard.^[1]
