Lieutenant Patrick Egerton Maxwell-Lefroy (8 August, 1888 – 25 April, 1915) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Court Crandall, Hants.

Maxwell-Lefroy left a short appointment in the destroyer Diamond when he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1910. On 15 December, he was appointed to H.M.S. Hecla, where he would spend two and a half years.[1]

He was appointed to the destroyer Mosquito as first lieutenant on 9 May 1913 and died in April 1915 in action off the Dardanelles.[2]
