The Torpedo Director Pattern 2389 was a British torpedo director similar to the Pattern 2390, but fitted with a Tangent Arm so it could be worked from the bridge.[1] It was likely a 60 degree arc, just as the 2390.[Inference]

It was initially available by 1910, at least.[2]
