Richard Edward Tracey

Admiral SIR Richard Edward Tracey, K.C.B., Royal Navy (24 January, 1837 – 7 March, 1907) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Tracey was placed on the Retired List on 24 January, 1902.[1]
