William Leslie Elder ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Elder was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 116 on 24 August, 1909, also for Command of Flotilla.[1]
Elder was appointed in command of the light cruiser Dublin in August, 1921.[2]
