George William Taylor ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Taylor was appointed in command of the destroyer Lysander on 21 September, 1914.[1]
Taylor was appointed in command of the destroyer Retriever on 26 February, 1917.[2]
In August, 1924, Taylor was appointed in command of the light cruiser Dublin.[3]
In May, 1925, he was appointed in command of the light cruiser Lowestoft.[4]
Taylor was appointed in command of the battleship Emperor of India in May, 1930.[5]
