Lieutenant-Commander John Harry Fowler, ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Fowler was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 December, 1939.[1]
Fowler was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 December, 1947. He retired on 28 February, 1958.[2]
