Commander SIR Thomas Fisher, K.B.E. (12 January, 1882 – 22 February, 1925) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Fisher was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 December, 1901.
Fisher was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1913.
Fisher was placed on the Retired List on 28 May, 1919.
