Lieutenant Frederick Elliott (24 March, 1856 – 3 January, 1921) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Elliott was promoted to Gunner on 11 February, 1910.[1]
Elliott was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 March, 1911.
Elliott was perhaps to have been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) in recognition of war services on 11 November, 1918, but this seems to be cancelled in his service record.
