Lieutenant Clifford Raymond Pelly, D.S.C., R.N. ( – 22 November, 1944) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Pelly was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 February, 1940.
