She recommissioned 1 March, 1919.[2]
Carlisle re-commissioned on 3 February, 1923.[3]
Re-commissioned at Hong Kong on 22 October, 1925.[4]
Paid off into Dockyard Control at Chatham on 12 September, 1928 for service with the Fifth Cruiser Squadron on the China Station.[5]
Re-commissioned at Devonport on 3 September, 1929 for duty with the Sixth Cruiser Squadron on the Africa Station.[6]
