Commander Walter Alan Chambre Dickson, R.N., Retired (5 September, 1893 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of an estate agent.
Dickson was made a Midshipman on 15 January, 1911.[1]
Dickson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1915.
Post-War
Dickson was appointed in command of the submarine L 7 in November, 1920.[2]
Dickson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 June, 1923.
Dickson was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Commander on 2 November, 1936.
