John Francis Benjamin Barrett ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Barrett was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1908.[1]
Barrett was appointed in command of the light cruiser Cleopatra in December, 1928.[2]
