Richard Hugh Loraine Bevan ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Bevan was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1906.[1]
Bevan was appointed in command of the light cruiser Birmingham in December, 1924.[2]
