Admiral SIR Cecil Fiennes Thursby, K.C.B., K.C.M.G., Royal Navy (17 January, 186128 May, 1936) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Appointed a Deputy Lieutenant in the County of Salop (Shropshire) on 19 October, 1923.
