Commander Victor Percy Alleyne, O.B.E., R.N., Retired (21 April, 1887 – 5 May, 1952) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Alleyne was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1909.
Alleyne was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 October, 1917.
Alleyne was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Commander on 1 May, 1927.
