Lieutenant-Commander Richard Prendergast Raikes, D.S.O. (21 January, 1912 – 24 May, 2005) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Raikes was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 March, 1935.[1]
Raikes was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 16 March, 1943.[2]
