Life & Career

The son of Reverend J. Roy.

Roy was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1900.

Roy was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1908.

Roy was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1914.

Roy was placed on the Retired List as medically unfit in August, 1919.
