Commander Francis Laurance William Vernon, R.N., Retired (6 November, 1889 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Vernon was appointed Lieutenant in Command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 20 on 1 August, 1914.[1]
