Richard Horne, D.S.O., ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Horne was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1917.
He was appointed in command of the Barham on 1 October, 1918, and as Chief Staff Officer.[1]
