Whitley Perkins, (31 March, 1891 – ) served in the United States Navy.
Life & Career
Perkins was tried by Court Martial on board the Template:US-Agamemnon on 13 November, 1918 on a charge of "conduct to the prejudice of good order and discipline (one specification)." The charge was proved, and he was sentenced to lose twenty numbers in his permanent grade. A 1919 review of the sentence deemed it too lenient in light of the charge proved. It was altered to a loss of 50 numbers. He was released from arrest and restored to duty.[1]
