Captain (retired) Charles Trevenen Wilson, C.B.E. (21 December, 1883 – 10 May, 1950) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Salisbury, the son of R. A. Wilson, Esq., a solicitor.[1]
Wilson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1905.[2]
Wilson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1913.[3]
Wilson was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1918.[4]
Wilson was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Captain on 19 December, 1930.[5]
World War II
In 1940, Wilson was suffering from a skin condition and "internal haemorrhoids."
Reverted to the Retired List on 7 May, 1945.[6]
