S.M.S. II was a second-class torpedo boat completed for the Imperial German Navy in 1886.

Construction

Unlike almost all other German torpedo boats, II was wooden-hulled.[4]

Service

Like all second-class torpedo boats they were only seaworthy in calm conditions.[5]
