Lieutenant-Commander Robert Frederick Bertram Cooper, R.N., Retired (13 April, 1876 – 13 November, 1945) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Cooper was promoted to the rank of Gunner with a seniority of 7 February, 1905.

Cooper was reported absent without leave between 8 October 1909 and 11 January, 1910. A Court Martial on 18 January, resulted in him being deprived of one year's seniority.

Cooper was promoted to the rank of Chief Gunner (T) on 13 September, 1918.

Cooper was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1922.

Cooper was appointed in command of the tender Redwing on 9 February, 1925. He was placed on the Retired List due to age on 13 April, 1926.

Cooper was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 June, 1930.
