Lieutenant-Commander Peregrine Robert Dearden, Royal Navy, Retired (30 November, 1897 – 18 September, 1952) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Early Life & Career

Born 30 November, 1897.

Dearden was a midshipman in H.M.S. Queen Mary who survived her destruction at the Battle of Jutlland was captured by the Germans.

He retired as Lieutenant-Commander.

Died 18 September, 1952 at Waipukuran, New Zealand. Husband of Nancy, father of Ann, Susan and James.
