Admiral Charles John Rowley, Royal Navy (24 December, 1832 – 11 November, 1919) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Rowley was appointed a Naval Aide-de-Camp to the Queen dated 6 May, 1882, vice Culme-Seymour.[1]
Flag Rank
Rowley was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral dated 27 October, 1884, vice Lyons.[2] He was appointed Second-in-Command of the Channel Squadron on 18 August, 1887.[3]
Rowley was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 5 August, 1890, vice Sullivan.[4]
