James Robert Carnegie Cavendish ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Cavendish was appointed in command of the destroyer Lightning on 5 December, 1914.[1]
Cavendish commanded the destroyer Midge of the Fourth Destroyer Flotilla at the Battle of Jutland.[2]
He was appointed in command of the destroyer Scimitar on 21 October, 1918.[3]
He was appointed in command of the destroyer Urchin on 15 July, 1920.[4]
