William Mitchell Moir ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
As a Commander, Moir was appointed in command of the second class protected cruiser Dido, then serving as depot ship in the Third Destroyer Flotilla, on 16 January, 1914.[1]
Moir was promoted the the rank of {{CaptRN on 30 June, 1915.[Citation needed]
